Hello, Gov'nor!
It is practically a miracle! Tattooing may soon be legal in our great state.
This afternoon, HB 806 was voted out of the state House of Representatives and sent to the governor's desk. If good old Brad signs off on it, it will just be a matter of time until we can ink the crap out of ourselves in any state in the US, including little-old-backward Oklahoma.
